How long are the Gift Vouchers valid for?

The Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the online purchase, following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Are the Gift Vouchers refundable?

The Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only.

Is the Canvas delivery included?

UK Yes, delivery by Royal Mail or Courier is included.
EU No, an extra cost will be required. Please contact us for details.
WW No, an extra cost will be required. Please contact us for details.

Where can the Photography take place?

The gift vouchers are valid only for the photography taking place within a 10 mile radius from our 2 offices in Windsor & Eton and Kingston upon Thames.
