CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our Photo Guidelines we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth etc. We can however, remove red eye and other minor requests.
Please note that all examples on this website were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on this website.
Cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours of placing an order.
After 12 hours cancellations are not possible as your order is immediately assigned to an artist who begins preparation work straight away.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
As all orders are bespoke and are tailor-made personalised products we do not issue refunds or except returns.
All artworks are designed by professional artists and with the utmost care making it personal to you and your pet.
If for some reason you receive a completely wrong product or if your item was damaged during transit, we will replace any such issue without question, damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence to validate a replacement, return of the product may be required.
