CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours cancellations are not possible as your order is immediately assigned to an artist who begins preparation work straight away.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
As all our products are tailor-made personalised products we do not issue refunds or except returns.
If for some reason you receive a completely wrong product or if your item was damaged during transit, we will replace any such issue without question, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence to validate a replacement, return of the product may be required.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they have been damaged in transit. We do not offer Exchanges.
