Our custom artwork makes for wonderful Christmas gifts! To ensure you get your order in time during this busy season, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible. This will give us the necessary time to create your bespoke artwork and send you a proof for approval before it moves into production - allow for a week for this process.
Although we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, we are confident that if you place your order by the dates listed below, your package should arrive on time Ho Ho Ho!

We are a UK based company so for any UK orders & deliveries there are no Custom, Sales or Import Tax. With shipping to all countries outside the UK buyers are responsible for paying any Customs and VAT/Import/Sales taxes that may be applicable in that country.
THE COSTUME COLLECTION
We strongly suggest taking new photos to ensure the best possible outcome. Natural daylight works best, so consider capturing your shots outdoors - whether in the garden, at the park, or during your next dog walk.
Top Tip: For the best results, take photos of your dog at their eye level. For smaller dogs, you can even hold them to one side.
Take a variety of photos (at their eye level) with your dog looking slightly to each side, and be sure to include one with your dog looking straight-on. Review them and upload the best 3 photos when placing your order.
Top Tip: Hold a treat to encourage them to turn their head slightly - it works every time!
Absolutely! We all have favourite photos of our four-legged friends including those that may no longer be with us. Preferably the photo has been taken at eye-level, showing the whole dog’s head, and is nicely exposed.

Once you have approved your artwork our expected delivery times are:
UK 7-9 working days. Delivery by DPD or DHS courier.
EUROPE 9-12 working days. Delivery by DPD or DHS courier.
Our custom pet portraits are created digitally in our studio and are guaranteed 100% unique! They can only be found at Four Legs One Tale ®.
Our experienced professional digital artists use our own refined photo retouching and digital blending processes, which turns your original photo into a renaissance style masterpiece.
For now, we only have options for just one four-legged friend; we will have options for two, three, and four pets very soon.
Yes, every customer has the opportunity to preview their artwork. We'll only proceed with printing once you're completely satisfied!
Cats are very welcome as well. We also try to accommodate other pets, so please get in contact with us before you order.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours cancellations are not possible as your order is immediately assigned to an artist who begins preparation work straight away.
As all our Costumes are tailor-made personalised products we do not issue refunds or except returns.
If for some reason you receive a completely wrong product or if your item was damaged during transit, we will replace any such issue without question, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence to validate a replacement, return of the product may be required.
