THE COSTUME COLLECTION
We highly recommend that you take new photos for us to achieve the best final result. As natural daylight is the best option take some photos outdoors such as in the garden, park or on your next dog walk.
Top Tip - For the very best results take the the photo's of your dog at their eye level - crouch down or with small dogs hold them in your arms to the side of your body.
Yes! All modern smartphones take excellent photos, and chances are that you will have it with you on your next dog walk. A good tip is to check that the phone settings are set to taking the largest photo size possible.
Pick a costume and note if the head is turned a little to one side.
Take a selection of matching photos - Top Tip: hold a treat to turn their head a little.
Don't forget to take a photo straight on. Have a look through the photos, and email us the best 1-3 variations.
Absolutely! We all have favourite photos of our four-legged friends including those that may no longer be with us. Preferably the photo has been taken at eye-level, showing the whole dog’s head, and is nicely exposed.

For now, we only have options for just one four-legged friend; we will have options for two, three, and four pets very soon.
Yes, all customers get to preview their artwork, we will send you a watermarked copy for your approval. Your artwork will only go to print when you are happy!
The photos you send us are what our expert professional artists will use. Whilst it is not a guarantee, we can remove something like a dog collar and make fur adjustments as we feel necessary.

Your canvas will have 'Mirrored sides'.
With this smart option we take the end of the photo and mirror them. The mirrored edges then fall on the sides of the frame. Because of this, nothing will be cut from the photo.

You are ordering a Digital File of either the Watercolour or Illustration artwork that we have created for you, it is a high-resolution file at 300 dpi.
The file is currently available to purchase in 3 sizes:
A5 - Cost £14.99
A4 - Cost £17.99
A3 - Cost £23.99
With the file you can make prints at home or order prints & other display products at a professional photo lab on the High Street or online.
We will send you a proof of your artwork - once you have approved it you will receive your artwork as a digital file on the same day via email.
GREETING CARDS
Our cards are size: 14.8 x 14.8 cm (squared).
They are printed on thick FSC-certified recycled 350 gsm card and are blank inside.
They include a silver envelope and arrive in a protective cellophane bag. Cost: £3.75

GIFT VOUCHERS
The gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the online purchase, following which they expire automatically. A gift voucher cannot be used after the expiry date and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for products purchased in our Costume, Watercolour & Illustration collections are only possible within the first 12 hours of placing an order. After 12 hours cancellations are not possible as your order is immediately assigned to an artist who begins preparation work straight away.
Cancellations from our Greeting Card collection is only possible within the first 2 hours of placing an order. As this is a stock item it will be posted straight away.
As all our Costume, Watercolour & Illustration orders are bespoke and are tailor-made personalised products we do not issue refunds or except returns. We also do not issue refunds or except returns on Greeting Card orders.
If for some reason you receive a completely wrong product or if your item was damaged during transit, we will replace any such issue without question, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence to validate a replacement, return of the product may be required.
