Our custom artwork makes for wonderful Christmas gifts! To ensure you get your order in time during this busy season, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible. This will give us the necessary time to create your bespoke artwork and send you a proof for approval before it moves into production - allow for a week for this process.
Although we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, we are confident that if you place your order by the dates listed below, your package will arrive on time Ho Ho Ho!

We will send you a proof for approval, and your artwork will only go to print once you’re completely happy.
Once you have approved your new artwork our expected delivery times are:
UK 7-9 working days. Delivery by DPD or DHS courier.
EUROPE 8-11 working days. Delivery by DPD or DHS courier.
For now, we only have options for just one four-legged friend; we will have options for two, three, and four pets very soon.
Cats are very welcome as well. We also try to accommodate other pets, so please get in contact with us before you order.
We highly recommend that you take new photos for us to achieve the best final result. As natural daylight is the best option take some photos outdoors such as in the garden, park or on your next dog walk.
Top Tip - For the very best results take the the photo's of your dog at their eye level - crouch down or with small dogs hold them in your arms to the side of your body.
Choose a costume and pay attention to details like whether the head is slightly turned to one side - try to replicate that angle. Take several variations to give yourself options.
Top Tip: Hold a treat to encourage them to turn their head slightly.
Review your photos and upload between 1 and 3 photos when placing your order. In most cases, these will be perfect - but if needed, we will get in touch and ask you to send another of the variations that you took.
